Elect
a new regime:
- Not
later than April 1, the President shall with the approval of the Club Board
of Directors announce the appointment of a Nominating Committee of five
(5) members. The Committee shall be headed up
by the President-Elect and include the President and 3 members of the
club. This committee shall select officer and director positions, see
bylaws for guidelines.
- There shall be a Club Board
of Directors which will consist of the President, the President Elect,
two Vice-Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the
Immediate-Past-President and six (6) elected Directors, each of whom shall
have the right to vote. Directors shall serve for a period of two (2)
years beginning the year elected. Three (3) Directors will be elected
each year. In the event of a directorship becoming vacant for any
reason, the Club Board of Directors shall fill such vacancy and
the appointee shall serve for the duration of the term of the individual
being replaced.
- The incoming President shall
appoint members to fill all the
governing committees
Fund Raising /
Budget & Finance, Membership, Programs,
Fellowship, Community Service, Publicity, Cabin
Property, and
(Bylaws/Operations Manual, which is Board appointed only when needed then
disbanded).
Develop a Budget:
The Club will operate with a yearly budget developed and
approved by the Club Board. The budget will represent the estimated income
and expenses of the Club, The Club budget will be approved no later than the
first New Club Board
meeting after September 30th.?????
